Https, http e posizionamento: riflessioni per l’uso
Nella super live sulla linkbuilding con Max Del Rosso, abbiamo scoperto che ricevere un link da un sito in http non compromette la sua qualità (e Max ne ha le prove).
In effetti, avere un sito in https non incide direttamente sul posizionamento nelle serp di Google.
Però migliora la user experience ed aumenta il livello di sicurezza, con i certificati SSL e TLS che rendono lo scambio dei dati più sicuro ed evitano che l’utente visualizzi il fastidioso avviso di Chrome che etichetta il sito come “non sicuro”.

Ora, la Search Console include nella dashboard dell’esperienza utente anche https tra i fattori da ottimizzare per il Page Experience.
IN QUALI CASI CONVIENE L’HTTPS?
In tutti quelli nei quali è prevista la condivisione di dati tra utente e sito web:
– se abbiamo un e-commerce che gestisce dati di pagamento;
– se gestiamo un sito web che vende servizi e prevede la compilazione di moduli di contatto;
– nel caso di un blog, un visitatore potrebbe volerti contattare per info oppure iscriversi alla tua newsletter ma il livello di sicurezza potrebbe fargli decidere di non lasciare i suoi dati.
